Pride goeth before the Fall Aug. 11, 2021

The heat has been intolerable this last week again, and as it has a direct effect on me, I've been slower than previous momentum. I'm still stuck on pagination which I finally 'got' on the first book , and now can't seem to get except on every other page in this new one. I might have to settle for that as I've spent enough time on set up . Why is it that so difficult (see plenty of articles on the subject on forums)-- it should be as simple as 123. There are companies out there that are selling themselves to writers on this one thing. Ridiculous. Not sure if its the fault of Windows 10 (as well as myself) but it makes for a darn good excuse as a barrier to finishing my mission for this month-- the 2nd and final proof. Here's hoping something twigs (either in me or the program!)

I need this to be done and out by early Fall, at the latest.
