The pressure is on (self-imposed) to get a book prepped and published on Amazon/kindle by November, if possible to catch the Christmas market. I had hoped to try to advertise this year The Trilogy of the Alaerton Alumni Mysteries , whether or not accompanied by the completed short story volume , but timing is everything , and if not this year, hopefully the next for the advertising attempt. To be truthful, some investigation of process and costs necessary first, to make that step . I find overlapping 'publishing ' multi-tasking becoming a bit of a chore these days. However, no point in ever getting ahead of oneself, so currently I'm finishing up the last segment of the rough copy of the short story book--I'd tried to do that by end of August and intend to do so by the end of the Labour Day Weekend barring incident. Then it is on to the editing of all the entries for that volume and lastly on to images for cover and content if any. (That 's the worst of the process I find, the problems with 'sizing' .) And finally, if ducks are in order, the promotion of all four ....
