Working on the graphics for the Cover of the new book, I never expected to find a problem with colour.

The cover has to be crisp and eye catching . I try to incorporate yellow in all my covers, to a greater or lesser extent. In the new one, I was trying to match the colours of the primary image, a Maple Leaf , in associated text and imagery. I was dismayed to find the colour spectrum on the microsoft program I was using, exceedingly limited. I was looking for a deep crisp red , or even a reddy orange and the results were dismaying to say the least. Even classic Paint was a bit disappointing. So now I'm on a search for the perfect ' RED'... A mystery in itself . TBA
