Official Blog return is October 2020

Time on my hands , obviously, but we still live in Covid-time and I have to visit the site every so often to keep it hosted.

It's been a long summer and like everyone else I'm just starting to get Covid-fatigue i.e. no dining out, only occasional one-on-on entertaining at home with family/ friends, no paid entertainment happening much etc etc. The good news-- I finished the sequel to REUNION: an Alaerton Alumni mystery, called CELTIC KNOTS, hoping to release in early Dec 2020. Currently working on the book's Cover- Art and content images and doing the rewrite/edit.

The bad news-- Fall is approaching and the end of beachifying is here --horrors!!!-- the one place you could go to look and behave as normal i.e. no masks, swimming, chatting (albeit social distancing ), lots of 'beach' reading, fish and chips, sunbathing etc etc. Fall brings with it a lot of exterior maintenance to house and grounds and the interior Fall Clean, prepping for winter incarceration. I can't wait ... :(

To be honest, I've just let the whole Covid thing flow and gone with it . I've been lucky in that respect , and there have been perks . Everyone has had to slow down -- not me so much, I learned how to do that a long time ago--and appreciate forgotten or put by things. MOST would say they've grown closer to family and friends --- because what else was there to do , eh ? Creative surges were the norm rather than the exception, including a lot of youthful entrepreneurialism. For some of us , the boredom drove us to writing --unfortunately for the rest of you :)

So: back to weekly blog in a month . 'Til then...
