Waiting for Proof

It's a scary thing to finally, after weeks of reviewing the whole darn MS for small things one might have missed, to finally do a last preview and request an actual paperback proof. Knowing I ordered snail mail meant however, I could turn my attention to other chores on the back burner with all this other writing work.
When the proof came, a week early , I was generally pleased with the KDP product and my cover design especially, featuring my own 'handi-work'. Inside looked quite good too, the only problem being a misalignment of last sentences on several pages. In trying various things on Word, I just could not seem to correct this. Here's hoping before I can request a second proof ...
