I ran across this site last year and am not entirely sure it is still offering a particular contest, but as they are showing a 2019 copyright , I will assume so and submit anyway and see what comes of it ---nothing ventured , nothing gained ; (which in fact could almost be the thesis of the story I wrote ). The beginning of my story refers to a true event that took place almost 100 years ago, but my theory is certainly not based on evidence as none exists, the content and ending entirely a figment of my own imagination.
