NEW CHAPTERS

WELCOME 2018 ! Happy New Beginnings! A quiet holiday for the most part inducting Dickens, my new doggie companion, into the Charlie's Angels ' Hall of Fame'. He is learning the basics quickly, and is cute enough to give indigestion if recent complimentary comments from friends and neighbours serve.

I was able to dash off the basics of a new short story and am considering where to submit at the moment-- to be decided I think by this week , so more on that to come.

I am already a week behind in tackling the revamping of my finished Cozy mystery 'Masterly Inactivity' (working title ) to 'industry standards' (see prologue chapter under Crime Candy for Beachaholics button on the menu.) I'm giving myself , theoretically of course , to March to finish up with that and then on to the work of trying to convince an unsuspecting editor /publisher to consider the contents.

Besides the literary work, I also managed to sew a duvet cover, a foot stool cushion, make a stuffed moose head (2), set up an economical version of undercabinet lighting in the kitchen using Christmas rope lighting, and replace a showerhead .
